1. Shipping & Delivery
Production Time: Every piece in this collection is a bespoke creation, custom-built to order in our London studio. Please allow 5–10 business days for the meticulous crafting and assembly of your item.
Complimentary Insured Shipping: We provide insured delivery on all orders at no additional cost to the collector. You will receive a tracking number once your art begins its journey.
International Delivery: For global collectors, please be advised that any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order Nature: Due to the philosophical and bespoke nature of our work, all items are Made-to-Order. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
Damage Claims (The 48-Hour Rule): We stand behind the craftsmanship of our partners. If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must report it with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery. Verified transit damage or manufacturing defects will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.
3. Cancellations
24-Hour Window: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the production process has been funded and initiated, and the order can no longer be rescinded.
4. Authenticity & Intellectual Property
Original Art: All designs are exclusive reproductions of original sculptures and digital works created by Gaia Art Hub.
Limited Editions: Items marked as Limited Edition are tracked; once the edition limit is reached, the design will be retired to preserve the value and rarity of the collection.
5. Product Care & Liability
Care Instructions: To preserve the integrity of the "Storm" series and other philosophical works, please follow specific care guides provided (e.g., avoid harsh chemicals on furniture fabrics). Gaia Art Hub is not liable for damage resulting from improper cleaning or handling after a successful delivery.
